Commercial CUB continues its activities as an important institution of “Foundation Culture” which has survived until today as a significant component of our culture for many centuries and which has been maintained and conserved by the General Directorate of Foundations.

It was established and registered in trade registry office on 25.06.2015 as a joint stock company with the establishment license of BDDK dated 27.02.2015 and 6205 which was published in the Official Gazette dated 03.03.2015 and 29284. It obtained the operating license with the decision of the BDDK dated 11.02.2016 and 6729 which was published in the Official Gazette dated 17.02.2016 and numbered 29627 and started activities as of 24.02.2016.
